Use your offline recovery pack if you lost your authenticator or cannot open your mailbox. If you never enrolled a phrase, use your recovery pack or contact the owner for identity review. Owner recovery without a pack requires the secured hosting recovery process.

This recovers your Ofiiro app account. Forgotten Zoho mailbox credentials must be recovered through your company’s Zoho administrator or Zoho recovery.
