Customer recovery with verified email and private recovery details

Use two different unused codes from the recovery pack you saved earlier. You do not need to remember your username. Passwords are reset, never retrieved.

No recovery pack? Enrolled employees, directors and owners can recover their username or password through company email. This keeps the existing authenticator. Customers can use verified-email recovery. For a lost authenticator without a pack, use assisted identity review; employees should contact the owner. Owner emergency recovery requires the separately secured hosting account. Do not create another identity to recover an old one.
